FROM ONE KITCHEN TO A LAGOS NAME.

So sofood actually started really small. One kitchen, a few regulars who kept coming back, and one rule we never broke. If we're going to cook it, we're cooking it properly. No watered down soup. No rushed jollof. No cutting corners just to save time.
And you know how Lagos is, once the food is good, people talk. Our regulars started telling their friends, those friends started booking us for their events, and before we knew it we had grown into something people actually trust across the city. Every single plate still holding the same standard as that very first one.
Along the way people started asking us to cater their weddings, birthdays, owambe, and to handle the cake that closes out the night too. So we built that whole side properly. Full event catering, custom cakes, decoration, all of it. Still the same process though. You message us on WhatsApp, we lock down your date, and your food shows up hot and on time.
These days sofood is just home cooked Nigerian food, made for people who genuinely love to eat. The kind of food that fills you up and reminds you of home, whether that's a plate for yourself after a long day or a full spread for your guests. We deliver through Chowdeck and Glovo and we cater events all over the city. Same standard as day one, we just have more hands in the kitchen now.
